Hi, my Facebook friends. I get up this morning and made me a couple coffee. It's what I do when I wake up. I really will only be up if I have a cup of coffee.

So I am getting things ready to go and feed the kids (These kids are the stray cats that I have been feeding for some time), in the woods near my place. They have different stories. This particular one that I have a named, Tiger. Really, after Tiger, she has had another cat, named Zimba, that she has also kicked out. t...hey both used to belong to one of my neighbors. She's had about 4 cats since I have been knowing her. Tiger being the first.

She's gotten two kids, a girl, and a boy. They're about 9 and 8 years old, roughly. When I got to the woods I notice that Tiger had a wound on his right cheek and was very close to his right eye.

Like I said, Tiger used to be a house cat, like he didn't go outside much, so he's having a hard time to get used to being outside. It is rough. For a cat that has always been inside, it's very hard.

I feel bad, because, there is nothing that I can do other than feeding him and take care of him once in a while like trying to clean his wounds and such. I have 8 cats and 2 dogs right now. My landlord has warned me about more animals already. Tiger is an aggressive cat. Which make more difficult to deal with even to try to get him a home.

The reason I am talking about Tiger today is that I want to bring an awareness about having animals and just decide that you don't want the animal any longer. Like this lady that used to have Tiger. She changes animals very often.

. When they do that, they really don't even know the implications. When you decide to adopt or buy an animal, you have to think about all possibilities, the cons, and pros of acquiring an animal can bring to your life. If you are taking all the considerations you will make a more smart decision and animals are not going to be heartbroken. They do feel rejected, left out, etc...

Please think very hard before you go and get a pet. Especially if you are getting a pet for your children. Make sure they are over 6 years of age. They say that a child shouldn't have a pet before that age. Just analyze and try to see things from the animal perspectives too. They are animals and they do have a lot of feelings like we do.

Make a smart decision that will help your children and the animal. God made us and the animals. He wants us to take care of our animals. It's gods desire that we do this the best way we can. Nourishing, protecting and loving them like they are our children...
